Support Boston’s Youth

Our Alumni Team will go the distance in this year’s Rodman Ride for Kids. Our Alums want to make a difference in the lives of our kids – and you can too! Please help us to achieve our goal and have fun while doing it. Ride with fellow Alums or support our team!!

Contact Deborah Versackas for additional information.

The Ride for Kids is a one-day cycling tour that raises money for non-profit agencies who promote healthy, positive lives for at-risk children throughout Massachusetts. Each year, over 800 riders and 300 corporate sponsors raise money to help more than 50,000 children facing a variety of challenges. Since 1989, the Ride for Kids has raised over $8 million, and the Colonel Daniel Marr Boys and Girls Club is one of the organizations that benefit from this extraordinary effort.

Riders choose a 25, 50 or 100 mile bike tour through scenic flat routes in Southeastern Massachusetts. All routes begin and end at the Rodman Health and Fitness Center on Route One in Foxboro. Once they cross the Finish Line, riders can enjoy the afternoon celebration that includes lunch, music, prizes and an opportunity to meet Bobby Orr!

Since all expenses associated with the Ride for Kids are underwritten, donors are guaranteed that 100% of all Ride donations will be contributed to the participating agencies, and used to benefit at-risk children and their families.
